Check-in was a breeze, the room was new with comfy beds and a lovely view of the park, modern decor, and a fantastic central location.

Augustus
The favourable and excellent location for the price, next to the cafeteria/restaurant, the suction cups/outlet and the 'Morales' museum. Extremely comfy bed, good size bathroom and a minibar, climate control, and a personal safe in the room.

Richard
It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with balcony and run around, as for instance and that went well. The location was particularly good and excellent, not too far away from La Alcazaba.

Gerald
The hotel is immaculately clean and offers breathtaking river views. The staff is attentive and helpful, providing excellent service. Its location in a very nice area near the main sights, including the Puerta de Palma, park, and city centre, is fabulous.

Top-class and quiet hotel, the services were good, marvellous location to main tourist sites all within walking distance. Location: the venue was adjacent to a park where there was plenty of street parking as well as the centre of town.

The hotel is well maintained, the staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are good, the beds comfortable, the bathroom spacious and with many accessories, slippers, arbonoz etc. The hotel is clean and well located. The quality/price ratio is very good. It has been a good stay, I recommend it and I would certainly repeat it.
Breakfast could be better. The hotel has a high standard and I think breakfast could be at the same level. That doesn't mean it was bad by any means. The eggs could have been freshly made or at least left in the gadget to keep them warm. Coffee is made by a medium-grade machine. The juices could be fresh. But I repeat it was very good, mine are just suggestions to raise the level you already have.

Booked a room with attractive views of park. The staff were very amiable and well-mannered. The setting was excellent and unbeatable, close to Castelar Park, coffee shop, and Extremadura. Located by the river.

hotel is located in front of a park, in a quiet area of Badajoz. city is not very big, so the points of interest in the city are a pleasant walk away. hotel is excellently maintained, clean and has a pleasant temperature inside. process of luggage custody and check-in was perfect (excellent work of the receptionist, Carmen. Room 501, was impeccable, clean, spacious. It has a small minibar, which, although not very cold, makes its service. good big TV screen and a complete bathroom with bathrobe, slippers and a very good assortment of amenities, has a terrace with a very good panoramic view and mattress is very comfortable. pillows and cushions are perfect and there is a pillow menu service. If you wish they can also provide you with an ironing board and iron. wifi works well, it is not too fast but it is correct
It would have been great to have a table and two chairs on the terrace. The lighting is a bit poor, the floor lamps make up for it a bit but I think it's better to have the light connected to the switches (it's less annoying to have to turn them off later).

Convenient location within a short 5-minute walk to San Juan Bautista Cathedral. Plus, it's close to various spots like the bridges, Puerta de Palma, a park, and the city center 🏙️.

Nice, responsive staff. Convenient location, close to the center and not so noisy on the street. Large room. Many mirrors. Comfortable beds. Good dining room, although breakfast is not very varied. There is a bar with draught beer, alcoholic drinks, as well as coffee and tea. A big TV, by hotel standards, of course, not a home theater. There is a bathroom, not a shower cabin, as is usual in hotels.
Old plumbing, badly functioning drain button on the toilet. Extremely surprised by the blocking of the card after a few days in the hotel and receiving the appropriate letter under the door. It turned out that the bill exceeded 300 euros. That's the first time it's happened to me. If the hotel does not fully trust its customers, you can ask for payment for the entire stay. What if I didn't have the card with me? That doesn't sound like it.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Location was good. Next to a park and not too far from the shopping precinct.
When I went to the reception desk and asked for an iron I was given the response to suggest that it will be brought up into my room. Soon after a lady arrived to collect my wife's blouse and skirt but was not told that there is a charge of five euros. I discovered the charge when the clothes were returned. This was very annoying and disappointing because I was not warned about any charge. Plus I asked for an iron to do it myself.
