pleasant stay with room for improvement
The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of choices that were delicious. The reception staff were attentive and professional, providing helpful information throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a great view that made my mornings more enjoyable. I appreciated the clean amenities and the general upkeep of the facilities.
However, noise levels from the street occasionally disrupted my relaxation.

Great room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The bed was comfy with both feather and non-feather pillows. Loved the spacious layout and that there were enough plug sockets near the bed. Enjoyed the fitness center and the helpful staff made everything smooth.

The location offers beautiful views of the river, especially from the balcony where sitting out during sunset was a highlight. Staff members were genuinely helpful and made great restaurant recommendations. However, breakfast cleanliness was an issue, with plates often coming out with leftover food. Additionally, noise levels could be bothersome at times, and the dining options were just average, lacking much variety.

Had a great view from our room over looking the river , perfect for sunsets. The employees were real professionals , helped us find good places to eat.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but it’s still acceptable for what you get.

Had a great trip with friends! The location is perfect for visiting attractions like the beautiful cathedral and the vibrant shopping center. Our room was spacious, and we enjoyed the clean facilities. The staff were friendly, and breakfast offered decent choices. Don't miss taking a stroll along the river!
One disappointingly negative experience was the breakfast area, where some plates had leftover food, which wasn't ideal. A little more attention to cleanliness would enhance the dining experience.

The location is terrific, close to all major old town attractions (a great spot for sightseeing! ). Comfortable beds and friendly service made our stay enjoyable. Housekeeping was attentive, ensuring our room was clean.
The breakfast could use improvement (some items were cold and lacking in variety).

We had a lovely time during our stay, enjoying a cozy family room with an interior door that made things easier for us, and we appreciated the late-night assistance with cutlery and boiling water for the kids. There's a great lounge area if you want to chill out. A game room for some fun downtime. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit tight, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊
